Understand our refund policy and how to request a refund for our products and services.

Refund Policy

All software products purchased are non-refundable. However, we do understand that there may be exceptional circumstances in which a refund may be considered.

What qualifies for an Exception

While our standard policy is no refunds, we may consider refunds in the following situations:

  • Unauthorized Charges: If a purchase was made without the account holder’s consent or knowledge.
  • Unused Product: If a product has not been used at all within 7 days, with some exceptions. Open a ticket.

How to request an Exception

To request a refund under one of the exceptions listed above, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase. Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation
